I really like to cook and test out recipes on the fly. I really don’t like forgetting what I did the last time when it came out delicious, and having to guess what past-me did to make it taste so good. Seriously, how did I get that soup to not get too creamy? The potatoes were somehow still crispy, how did I even do that??
